ChilePepper Bike Shop Online Return Policy

Merchandise must be in original condition with tags and packaging attached and may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returns/exchanges after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion. No returns/exchanges allowed after 30 days. Any items wishing to be exchanged or returned must have been purchased through Chile Pepper Bike Shop.

Shipping:

If there is a defect in an item or shipping error, Chile Pepper Bike Shop will refund shipping charges. For all other matters, such as size exchanges, return shipping will not be reimbursed and the customer will need to provide a return self addressed stamped envelope

We will refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item, or if a defective item was sent. We reserve the final approval on all returns.

We cannot reimburse for an amount greater than the purchase amount.
